Submit a complaint

You must submit your complaint via the standard complaint form, which will make it easier for us to understand your problem. Please make sure you include the following details:

  • your email address
  • your DiscoverEU travel code
  • describe as detailed as possible your situation and request

Timeframe to keep in mind

The DiscoverEU Travel Team will confirm to you that it has received your complaint within 15 working days.

Together with the European Commission, the team will assess your complaint and contact you with an explanation and/or decision within 45 working days.
